When students feel good, they learn better
Pomelo is a digital tool that helps schools work systematically with preventive student health. With Pomelo, schools get support in strengthening student voice, fostering a positive learning environment, and developing students' social and emotional skills – three central components for improving student wellbeing and creating strong conditions for learning. The tool is GDPR-compliant, research-based, easily accessible, and designed to fit everyday school life.

This is what you can do with Pomelo
Pomelo helps you gather students' perspectives and use research-based insights to develop wellbeing and the learning environment.
Give feedback on the lesson
Students answer short questions about how they experienced the lesson. You get direct feedback and tips for developing your teaching and strengthening a positive learning environment, based on student responses and research.
- Students share their views on pedagogical activities
- The teacher gets direct insight at class level
- Concrete tips for developing the learning environment
Strenth school - Socioemotional learning
Start the strength school with a simple survey in Pomelo. Students share their view of the current situation. The class receives recommended exercises that help them manage stress and build positive peer relationships.
- Get a clear picture of how the class is doing
- Ready-made exercises for everyday school use
- Follow up and develop over time
Pomelo is built on research about how schools can work both preventively and remedially to strengthen students' sustainable wellbeing. Wellbeing is closely linked to learning: when students feel good, they learn more effectively, and when they learn and develop, it strengthens their wellbeing.
Pomelo helps teachers lead students' socioemotional development as an integrated part of regular teaching. Instead of placing responsibility on external consultants, Pomelo strengthens the relationship between teachers and students and reinforces the teacher's role as the classroom leader.
Pomelo has been developed together with students, teachers, principals, and IT staff from Swedish schools. This makes the tool both user-friendly and adapted to schools' work processes.
Pomelo is designed to protect users' personal data and complies with GDPR requirements. All data is handled securely with clear procedures for storage, access, and protection.

About Us
“I wanted to make research applicable in everyday school life and saw that schools lacked simple support for systematically promoting student wellbeing.”
